signify your consent to these terms and conditions. If you do not

The International Customer Service Institute (TICSI) website,
and each of its modules, together with the arrangement and
compilation of the content found on this site, is the copyrighted
property of TICSI. The International Customer Service
Standard, its trademarks, logos and service marks
displayed on the website are solely registered and copyrighted. You
agree not to display or use these trademarks in any manner without
TICSI's prior written permission.

Products & Services
The International Customer Service Institute is the cornerstone
of global customer service standard and the custodian of The
International Customer Service Standard. Organisations that need to
implement the standard are advised to register with our TICSS
registration.
TICSI online membership offered to enable customer service
professionals worldwide to find and connect each other in order to
share the expertise, knowledge, best practices and moreover a
platform for centralised communication.
Use of Service
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
account details and are fully responsible for all activities that
occur under your account, with or without your knowledge.
You agree to immediately notify TICSI of any unauthorised use of
your password or account or any other breach of security. TICSI
will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure
to comply with this section.
TICSI may refuse service without prior notices to any member for
any or no reason.
You understand and agree not to use TICSI services
to:
- Post, upload, transmit or otherwise make available any content
or initiate any communications which are unlawful, threatening,
harassing, deceptive, tortuous, abusive, and discriminatory.
- Victimises, harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or
group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, se-x-ual
orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability, infringes on any
patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or
other proprietary right of any party.
- Unauthorised or unsolicited advertising, spamming, chain
letters, any other form of unauthorised solicitation, or any form
of lottery or gambling.
- You will not harvest or collect information about the users or
members of the Site or use such information for the purpose of
transmitting or facilitating transmission of unsolicited bulk
electronic email or communications.
Limitation of Liability
TICSI ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR,
ANY DAMAGES TO, OR VIRUSES THAT MAY INFECT YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT
OR OTHER PROPERTY ON ACCOUNT OF YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR BROWSING
IN THIS SITE OR YOUR DOWNLOADING OF ANY MATERIALS, DATA, TEXT,
IMAGES, VIDEO OR AUDIO FROM THE SITE. IN NO EVENT SHALL TICSI OR
ANY THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS OR DISTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY,
LOSS, CLAIM, DAMAGE, OR ANY SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHETHER BASED IN
CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, WHICH ARISES OUT OF
OR IS IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH (I) ANY USE OF THIS SITE OR CONTENT
FOUND HEREIN, (II) ANY FAILURE OR DELAY, THE PERFORMANCE OR NON
PERFORMANCE BY TICSI OR ANY THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS OR DISTRIBUTORS,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NON PERFORMANCE RESULTING FROM
BANKRUPTCY, REORGANISATION, INSOLVENCY, DISSOLUTION OR LIQUIDATION
EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES
TO SUCH PARTIES OR ANY OTHER PARTY.
