Partnership of The International Customer Service
Institute
The International Customer Service Institute (TICSI) has
developed The International Customer Service Standard (TICSS), the
only global standard in customer service excellence, with the aim
to set the common ground for high quality customer service in all
international markets.
TICSI, with offices in London and Dubai, is represented
worldwide through an international partnership network that
consists of Territory Franchise Partnership (TFP) and Accredited
Consultancy Partnership (ACP).
Territory Franchise Partners (TFPs) are holders
of a geographic TICSI franchise. Our Franchise Partners contribute
to the development and revision of The International Customer
Service Standard (TICSS), provide consultancy in strategy
development for customer service excellence and lead the
implementation and certification processes of TICSS.
TFPs can develop and grow their own partner network of
Accredited Consulting Partners (ACPs), who have
indepth expertise and experience in particular areas of customer
service, in order to provide their clients with the best
professional guidance possible on their way to customer service
excellence.
