TICSI Sponsor the 'motormen' Daventry United
The International Customer Service Institute (TICSI), the
creators of the International Customer Service Standard, has
announced their sponsorship of Daventry United, a football club in
the Hereward Teamwear United Counties League.
This sponsorship coincides with the launch of TICSI's new
website www.ticsi.org and online customer service self assessment
tool - a free online tool that allows organisations across the
world to cross-check their current customer service performance
with the requirements of TICSI's International Customer Service
Standard and benchmark internationally against similar
organisations and departments.
Robert Keay, founder and President of TICSI stated 'as TICSI
expands we feel it is important to support community projects, such
as Daventry United. Sponsorship and support at grassroots level is
important for the development of sport'.

About Daventry United
Formed in 1968, Daventry United are one of the youngest
clubs in the Eagle Bitter United Counties Football League.
They started life in the central Northants Combination were they
enjoyed success with both first and second teams, in those early
days they had to hire council pitches. In 1972 they moved to
their present home at the Royal Oak. In 1977 they joined the
United Counties League and gained promotion to Division One in
1979.
After winning Division One twice and bringing the ground up to
the required standard, they gained promotion to the Premier
Division in 1996.
